If your tracker data is missing, re-download the Lua script after any ingest token rotation, make sure it is a Script in ServerScriptService, and confirm Roblox HTTP requests are enabled in Game Settings.
If you forgot your password, use the password reset flow from the login page. If your account email is not verified yet, use the resend verification flow.
